The new Public Service Complex houses the administrative offices of the El Dorado Sheriff’ Office as well as the morgue. There is a firing range which was dedicated to fallen deputy, Brian Ishmael. The quilt block, Folded Thin Blue Line, will be installed on the perimeter of the parking lot, visible to the public from the easy entrance/exit parking lot. Brian Ishmael’s wife, Katie, sister, Brenda, and their mother, Kim, assisted with the painting of the quilt block.
