The Barsotti Family Juice Company

The Barsotti Family Juice Company moved from Foster City, CA to the Apple Hill area in 1976. Although the charming log house, the large cold storage building, the numerous pear and apple trees, and the complete fruit packing line were part of the property purchase, they had no idea how much work went into owning their very own packing mill and orchard. Their entire family works at the company, and their familial bond and the friendship that they have with other employees really drives home the family feel of their company and product. Even though they’ve never had the perfect year of a large crop and perfect fruit, they’re still pleased with every production and always have hope for the next year! After all, it’s the quality of life that’s the true best harvest for them!
