After a decade in the industry and selling her delicious treats at farmers’ markets and events, Tiffany Coburn created the store known as Sweet Pairings Bakery in 2018. Located in the beautiful and peaceful town of Placerville, CA, the enticing scent of freshly baked bread, delicious desserts, and homemade pies will lure you right past the entryway (unless you happen to catch a whiff of the goods at any of the farmers’ markets Tiffany appears at, of course). Ranging from bread and cookies to custom orders for very special creations, the home of these yummy and love-filled goods changes its menu weekly based on what the bakers are feeling and what’s available from the local farmers around it, meaning you are going to find something new each time you visit; you’ll even be able to find gluten-free and vegan options!

Whether you’re looking for a nostalgic chocolate chip cookie, have a craving for decadent black cocoa brownies, or are wanting to bring a black bottom banana cream pie home to the family, Sweet Pairings Bakery will be there to attend to your every sweet want and desire.

As for the freshly baked bread, you can find classics such as sourdough loaves and English muffins or range out straight to stuffed bread filled with mouth-watering fillings such as salami cream cheese, seasonal veggies, or even chicken tika marsala. Or if you want to go even further, specialty flavors are available and altered regularly, so you can enjoy many combinations!

Sweet Pairings Bakery can create custom dessert bars and wedding cakes just for you. With a decade of experience and an arrangement of Italian buttercreams, the only limitation to creating the perfect event piece is your imagination.
